Good service. It's where I go for emissions. In CT, you can pass emissions with one monitor, not READY, as long as it's not your CAT Monitor. Get a cheap OBD and track your "IM Readiness" to know when you'll pass emissions. I passed with EVAP Monitor, not ready.

My Engine light came on. Made an appointment. To diagnose, it was $139.95. I turned it down and went to Morrell Muffler across town. Diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds. Re-seated my Air Filter. Out-the-door in 5 minutes with no cost.

Went to Waterbury tire and auto service for my emissions test and they claim they couldn't read the RPM from the OBD2 port. That I needed to bring my car to an electric auto shop n bring it back. I went to the shop n guy at electric shop says it was going to b 125 an hour. Yeah ok!!! I took it to United auto and all they did was push the plug back where it snapped off. Tested my car n it passed emissions. Shops like this one love to take advantage of u just because u r a female.

$840 for 4x spark plugs and an ignition coil... The ignition coil is listed as a $370 part and is available at AutoZone for $43... The spark plugs they charged $24.99 for are $3.50 at AutoZone....I had a family member handle AAA towing the car because I just started a new job and didn't wanna call out and these THIEVES took full advantage of the situation...

Then, they left my car in their parking lot with the windows down and closed shop...Also, someone picked all the quarters out of the change in my cup holder... But I guess that could have been anyone since they left my windows downTerrible service at an astronomical priceThis place should be avoided

Emissions testing at Superior Transmissions is no longer offered, so I came to this business, as it was the next closest to Wolcott. Brownie was really nice, and for the first time ever, I didn't have to wait to have my emissions test. I was in and out in 15 minutes! The waiting room was really clean, air conditioned, comfortable, and spacious, making it worth the drive. I recommend this place!
