This Walmart might be one of the most mediocre in CT. The service is terrible, last time I went I found a puddle of pee on the floor. The workers are usually not so nice and typically don't speak English. The shelves are a mess and everything is hard to find. I like the items they have here and is definitely cheaper than target but the experience is not it. Lets do better Waterbury

By far the worst or one of the worst in CT. The place is a disaster. Shelves are a mess. Aisles are filled with junk. The Walmart shoppers for Walmart pickup are flooding the aisles with their carts. The staff is rude. They just plow thru with their carts. The customers are just as bad. This place stinks like weed and cigarettes and home cooked fried food. Go to any other Walmart.

It's Walmart, i prefer the one in nagatuck because they have alot more including beef chicken and all other products. Busy sometimes tho. But this one in Waterbury it's all locked up behind glass. Let's you know what type of area it going around. 😉

Every time Walmart is going from bad to worse, now the beauty area is closed and you have to press the button so that an employee can give you what you pick up and they will put it in a little box. With insurance. Right now I need to put the milk with insurance too and the paper towel is something ridiculous.

The worst Walmart and bad management they have their employees be down people back when they should be watching their employees, too many viruses going around I picked up two of the same tooth brushes for my child when scanning one I noticed tape on one so I told the lady I didn’t want that one and instead of her taken the item she’s all in my cart and watching me and then told me that I couldn’t get the other same exact item because that one is clearance I’m asking her what’s the difference she said because it’s open and taped so you telling me with all the things going on you think I would purchase the open one and not the sealed one. Why is it even on the shelf that is contaminated once open and should’ve been put in the non perishable damages goods that should not be back on the shelf. She had no compassion to that as she was looking around and not paying attention she took off another item and tried to keep the item still on my cost but took away the item. This store has to do better because they sell a lot of expired things I will sure make sure I call corporate and the health department to investigate this store immediately
