Place is run by people who act like high school drop outs. Was told 2 times my medication was “out of stock” and had to get dr involved because the third time they said it there was an issue with the way the script was written . My dr called that morning and was told it was was in stock but when I called to check rx status hours later I was told it was “out of stock and has never been in stock”. Last time I had to complain to the manager about this pharmacy because it ISN’T the first time it was very obvious she treats employees as friends. There is obvious lack of leadership on all levels of the store operations. District manager needs to be involved , ASAP. Will be switching elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere as well.

The Doctor sent my baby's prescription at 1am; I called them at 9:15am, they say: " They did not get anything", so who is wrong?, Doctor or pharmacy?, please make a good job.I was so sad for that.

Walgreens wants too much personal information and I find it very unnecessary for what I was trying to accomplish.

A supposed member of management insisted a product I purchase often was never lower priced and it's "their department.' they did not take my word, nor my proof on the app and receipt, and insisted I must be mistaken or purchased something else. Rude and incompetent! called corporate, turns out the item was lower price for the past 3 months, as I tried to communicate to the staff, no one even tried to check or used a scanner, just wanted to tell me it wasn't so. The staff in Bristol is so much nicer, this store is trash. There were also defective items on the shelf not fit for selling.

I give NO stars! I've been going to this Walgreens for MANY years !! I always have others pick up my meds, my husband, my son, my daughter, my parents. I'm disabled so there are times I just can't go. Well yesterday June 28th I called my Doctor for my Valium to be filled, normally it takes them HOURS to fill a script I'm still waiting on day 4 for another script that they were supposed to fill. My son went to get my script and 30 pills were missing from my Valium that I opened when he got back to the house. I called Walgreens right away they said they have a new manager for only 4/5 days now, the name I got after asking for 3 mins & the pharmacist telling me he filled it & wouldn't be back till Tuesday with a nasty attitude at that! Then fought with me those 3 mins of not giving me his name then his last name it continued another 3mins with her saying I have no right to know his last name that she doesn't have to give out that information seriously??!! I'm sure it's not the right name! At first it was just a first name & then a letter for his last name then after 3mins of arguing & her hanging up on me she spells it out FINALLY which I highly doubt it's correct but I will find out! She continued to say that their pill count was correct well duhh it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know the new manager of only a few days that she was protecting EXTREMELY hard had to pocket my 30 missing pills! They don't just go Missing! My son wouldn't ever steal my medication he's been picking up my medication for YEARS! I did call the Police as well to make a report. Again she was insinuating it was probably my son with a nasty attitude! After I called back when I was hung up on, Really my son wouldn't EVER steal from me especially my medication & he can back that up with a blood test! I wonder if the manager & his friends could that he's having a wonderful July 4th weekend with! I did call corporate but they were closed. I left a detailed message & I'm switching my medication out of that store now ASAP! Thankfully I can make it 30 days on what I have just barely, but what if this was something that I couldn't?! Do I have to literally pore out my pills on the counter to count them all now?! No way! I shouldn't have to worry about a manager or any pharmacy stealing my medication. I pray that Corporate looks into this! I want to know who took my medication someone is having a happy 4th of July weekend on my medication that's for sure! When he picked up my medication their was no male there only woman & it was already filled so somethings not right like I said a new manager fills my script it's short 30 pills of a substance & they didn't even ask my son for an ID @ pick up, since when??!! They always want ID for any substance IE: Valium! I'm so overwhelmed and stressed out that I've had a migraine since yesterday because of this. It's a horrible feeling to have someone steal something that's yours especially from a pharmacy, pharmacist or manager or whoever did this, honestly it's pointing right to the manager she said he filled it, not her?? So who did this to me?! She's been there for yrs no issues he's been there 4/5 days come on! Why was she sticking up for him so damn hard?! Is it her family, friend, lover who the hell knows over there at this point! I don't know what's going to happen but I'm writing this to warn people to PLEASE COUNT your MEDICATION if they are any kind of Narcotic! Anxiety meds, Pain meds, Muscle Relaxers ect. I'm covering all bases. Someone obviously has a problem there & since I've been there for many YEARS my entire family & I've never been short EVER ! A new person a MANAGER only 4/5 days in works there & this happens to me! They picked the wrong

I was looking for a place to print photos and I remembered that I could go to Walgreens. When I arrived I realized I didn't have my usb cord. I've never used the photo machine there so a young man named Gary V walked me through the process. Gary was so helpful.
