Horrible service. I was looking to trade in my current iPhone for the new one. According to Ernesto, who had an annoyed attitude from the beginning, said I couldn’t trade in my current iPhone because I had to pay my current phone in full. I showed him that it was not the case because I’ve traded my phone many times with Verizon without having to pay in full as long as my phone was in good condition. I even showed him the messages that I received from Verizon saying that if I traded it in, they would pay off the remaining balance. At least, admit you were wrong but I ended leaving and when I check my account, it gave me the option to upgrade my phone without having to pay balance in full. I went back into the store to notify him that he was wrong and he said well you can talk to my manager right over there.Last thing I was going to do was talk to the manager if the service was already bad as soon as I walked into the store.I already get bad services in certain areas and to then deal with a disgusting attitude from an employee after being with Verizon for a long time. I’ll be switching over to another provider.

Verizon used to be superior with customer service. That is no longer true. If you have a problem with your bill, good luck reaching someone. Sure I scheduled a call. 3 times! Each time the call never came. Then, the 4th try, the rep disconnected me. I had to schedule that the day before. I cannot get a live person now so I am chatting right now for an hour! No help whatsoever!! Shame on you Verizon

I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. I was lucky enough to get Emily who took her time, figured out a strategy and completed the reset for me. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Emily is the best! Don't lose her!

Maybe you can help us figure out how to fix the 2 brand new phones that we spent : hrs on the store getting 2 days ago. Neither one works Correctly my daughter and I have been on the phone with techs 5 times since picking them up less then 48 hrs ago. Being told they are totally activated wrong. Good job.
