“I brought my car to register it so I didn’t have to go to the DMV and make appointments. They’re very fast easy. I will come back and register all my cars or finance a car from them. They were just easy going I will recommend them. I have some stuff that I needed to do before registering it and she helped me go through the whole Steps and very good on the price”
“Being a very Diy car person Im not one to purchase from lots or dealers. with thoughts of a upgrade and no rush i was taking my time like anyone to make sure my next vehicle would be something with upgrades but not too new because I'm looking to retain it for a while. upon my research i noticed house of cars had a nice model vehicle for a fair price that definitely caught my eye. I made my way to their lot where the main Owner was very welcoming and knew the value of a great first impression. he appointed me to D who let me view and scan with my dealership grade software the car which was appreciated! having my interests even higher I requested to get a safety inspection at the main dealer the very next day which they agreed to! dealer checked the vehicle all went well other than being held up a little longer at the dealer I went to finalize my purchase at house of cars all was completed the same day which was great. While not being one to purchase a car in a used lot setting the process at house of cars was a clear experience in which id return if another opportunity arises even assisting me in extra concerns the following day of purchase and having some extra goodies that were ordered.”

“My daughter was shopping for her first pick up truck. (She has a horse ) and found a Dodge ram diesel at their location. She went and looked at it, and the owner was extremely helpful pointed out a few flaws with the truck prior to her, even driving it that he said would be fixed. She drove the truck, but unfortunately, we did not purchase a truck from them. It was nothing on their end, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The decision to not purchase a truck was my daughters , they were completely understanding, and I would definitely look at their inventory in The future”

“Two other shops were going to have me wait 45min or longer when all I needed was a plug put in my tire as I discovered i had ran over a screw... they got me right in no wait the way a tire plug should be and were very friendly... can't thank them enough I was still able to get to new haven and back in time for work without worrying about the tire blowing out or having to postpone the trip to my MILs to sort thru photos of her recently departed beloved father for a collage... it was such a small job but meant the world to our family”
