He got me in the shop the very next week and had my car back to me within a few days. They did a fantastic job and the new transmission is working perfectly! They even allowed me to keep the old transmission and torque converter. I wanted it so I could pull it apart one day for fun and see what makes these ZF transmissions tick!While we were at it we noticed another issue with my front passenger side axle. “Car cranked and would not start. Car gave out a code that had to do with the ECM, so I bought one online that stated it was flashed and ready. Unfortunately, it didn't work so I sent the ECM back for a refund. Took the car to Jerry and Jerry was honest with me and told me that there was another procedure that had to be done to program the computer. So Jerry was able to get an ECM and he programmed it. Next thing you know the car successfully turned on and it now runs. Pricing was fair and reasonable, plus Jerry has a good sense of humor. The first day I walked in Jerry told me, "You came to the right place." True words indeed.”
