I have a story to tell you about how honest Williamson Auto Electric is. A few months ago I needed my fuel pump replaced on my rav4 so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson and they replaced it I don't remember exactly how much it costed. Recently, I got stuck on the side of the highway and had another problem with my car so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson again to have it further checked out. It turns out that the fuel pump that they had replaced a few months ago was faulty so they replaced it for free at no charge. That is how honest they are that they or my mechanic could have made something up and charged me 1000 dollars and said they fixed something and I don't know cars I would've just paid it but no they were so honest that they replaced it at no charge.
Not all mechanics are this honest. I highly recommend them.”

“Reading these reviews, I will admit, I was super nervous going to Kara’s. I was so happy with this visit, Cheryl was so helpful and understanding and made my time there smooth and easy. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that let me into the tow yard to retrieve my items from my car but he also was super nice and patient and helpful. I will say that not every experience is the same and maybe the negative reviewers should take a second to consider what they deal with on a daily basis and our problems aren’t theirs so we shouldn’t project our negative emotions on to them or their business because it’s not their fault nor problem. I, for one, had a great encounter with the staff. Thank you guys at Kara’s !”
“Eric and Armani of Avenue Auto Towing came to my rescue when all four tires and rims were stolen off of my mom's car, leaving it tipped forward on plastic crates. They were extremely careful, professional, knowledgeable, calm, explained everything to me, and were at the scene immediately. Excellent service and excellent people to help with a less than ideal day. Definitely the guys to call when you are stuck. Awesome job by Avenue Auto Towing!”

“My rental car was towed here, 2nd day I went to their yard I was greeted by a lady named Teresa who helped navigate the process to how to release the rental to Hertz, There were bunch of customers were disrespectful however this lady was patient and didn't lose her temper and turned out to be the owner of this place, seeing here cleaning the parking lot and being supportive to her workers and drivers I was amazed I haven't seen that for a while in many places, This small business native to Greater Waterbury needs to be supported I highly recommend them Thanks Teresa!”
