“I was visiting from Idaho and went in to get a coil and vape juice. Staff were super friendly, fast and knowledgeable with decent prices. They also had a great selection. I was probably in and out in less than 2 minutes. Also, the shop was super clean and very organized. I'd recommend it to anyone in the Waterbury area.”
“My husband has been a Newport smoker for many years and as of a few years ago switched to rolling his own cigarettes. He's constantly trying to find a smoke shop that doesn't sell stale tobacco. He smokes American Club Tobacco Menthol & uses Tops menthol filter tubes and he visted the smoking ape shop today & he's definitely gonna to be a regular. They didn't carry his brands before but they got them in as promised and both items were fresh. Great customer service, clean & very helpful. Thank you for a great 1st time experience.”

“Stopped in today for the first time in years. The employee working (didn't get his name but had curly red hair) was awesome, super personable, knowlagabe and helpful and overall was a really cool dude. Also I was happy to walk in an be able to see, it used to be so dark. All of the products were quality and I am happy my purchases and will definitely be back.”
