“Incredible service! I found myself in an emergency 45 mins into a road trip with two small kids. My oil change from the day prior (elsewhere) was pouring out and despite filling it at a gas station wouldn’t hold oil. They took me in immediately- personally drove to buy the part needed to repair the poor work from the day before. Showed me the issue, helped me take videos to document and gave my kids frozen go gurt while they repaired the job and cleaned up the whole mess from the prior job. 100% recommend for incredible service, efficiency and pricing.”

“Good service. It's where I go for emissions. In CT, you can pass emissions with one monitor, not READY, as long as it's not your CAT Monitor. Get a cheap OBD and track your "IM Readiness" to know when you'll pass emissions. I passed with EVAP Monitor, not ready.”
“Great experience. Nice clean shop with free WiFi, coffee and water. The techs were super helpful. My appt was at 10am and I was done by 11. I would highly recommend this facility.

“The store is usually clean & organized.. however let's talk about the deli section, the wait time is sometimes 20+ minutes.. the ladies who work there are very slow & seem unhappy, but if the guys are working the deli area you can get in and out in a few minutes! Please work on this ppl have to go home & cook dinner, have kids to tend too, have places to be other than standing around over 20 minutes to get what we need when you have 3 ppl standing around.”
“First time going to Firestone to get an oil change and I have to say it was a pleasant experience it was fast simple and non intimidating.
I was greeted by Evan as I walked in he was a very calm and friendly guy he explained to me Firestone’s process for oil change and other optional services they provided very informative.

“Got 2 front tires installed, so far so good no complaints. Manager was very friendly and took care of me. I would have gave them 5 stars but it took a little over an hour to do the 2 tires which compared to other shops is usually about 10 minutes per tire. Sure it was a bit of a wait to get the tires on but for the price I paid for the tires and instillation I can’t be mad.”
