Negligence and zero accountability
Brought my girlfriends phone in to get fixed after they had the phone for 3 DAYS they said they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so she went and picked it up brought to Apple, then Apple told her this was not her phone it was a AT&T phone and she has T-Mobile and was a different IMEI. So we brought the phone back to them and they told us WE switched the phone “we don’t make mistakes” and they’re not to blame as they laughed in our face with no resolution. Very shady business I would Definitely stay away.
