Rich is awesome and straight forward. I had some issues with my insurance company and he was communicative and transparent with me the entire time. My car was fixed within 3 days and never looked better once my issues were resolved and I would recommend him to anybody!

We’ve done business for years with Rich and have never been disappointed. He recently took care of the various scrapes and dents in my 2014 Audi and the car looks like it just came off the show room floor! He even pointed out things I didn’t especially notice at first.!

I took my 2012 Mercedes Benz to Rich after a good deed bit me in the u know what, and four days later after handing my baby to Rich - she was bella once again. I had picked up my car yesterday from this shop. This is the first time I used this shop after receiving a good recommendation from my sister. She was right. I am very pleased with the workmanship the paint looks flawless and fit and finish is top shelf. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for good work at a good price within a favorable amount of time. The owner Rich is great! He constantly talks about doing things the right way. He went into detail with the process he would have to do to get my job done right. His prices are fair and it's comforting to know the person your talking with is the guy doing the job, not some inexperienced worker. My car came out great, this is now the ONLY place I will recommend family and friends to go to.
