Went yesterday to TC's to purchase some jewelry. The owner was great to work with a was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and spent time to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Stopped in with some old jewelry I had and got a great offer to sell it! Ended up buying a laptop with the money cause the owner was there and gave me a really good price. Nice staff - polite and knowledgeable! Highly recommend. them.

Tc’s Pawn Shop is the best ! Honestly have been going there for years, Nicest staff, great items, clean store, simple & quick process to buy & sell items & best of all… best deals if you’re tight on cash ! You cant beat that ! Worse customer service over the phone. Call for estimate before driving there and the guy that pick up the phone was very rude and say we don't give prices over the phone with an attitude. When I told him they always give me a price over the phone his answer was " I don't care I don't" and hang up the phone. I will never recommend these place with these type of customers service. These representative need to learn some matters.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. The second time I went there Christi welcomed me by name. Jay is very knowledgeable and professional another welcomed interaction. I would recommend TC'S to everyone.

Do not go here for a pawn they will rip you off on jewelry if you know about jewelry we know over a 100grams of 10k & 14k gold jewelry is worth more than 900$ on a pawn he will always say if you sell it he can do more what a joke I recommend brass city pawn less then mile down the road
