I tried it a couple of years ago, kept my Verizon and opened a T-Mobile account, T-Mobile dropped its calls a lot, Verizon not at all, in the exact same locations. I got rid of T-Mobile and kept Verizon.

Came in on a Sunday, it was a bit busy and I am handicapped so I had to sit and wait my turn. Jordan and some other young girl was working, Jordan proceeded to ask the other customers that came in after me what he can do for them and totally ignored me. I told him I was there before those people yet he still served them first. I ended up calling customer service 611 while there and they were just as bad switching me over to different people. I like the plan I have and was happy with it and don't want to switch. My biggest gripe is the way I was treated while in the store. I was having technical issues which finally got resolved so far after being there for an hour and a half.

I am editing my review. Switched from Verizon to T Mobile a little over a month ago for a promotion that promised to pay off my and my husband's phones at Verizon,a $100 virtual gift card, and lower monthly rate plan. The only thing they delivered on was the lower monthly rate rate plan. T Mobile cell service is horrible, I couldn't receive or make calls anywhere, I was only able to text and receive texts from my husband in the last 2 weeksThey set my account up wrong at the store so when I called customer service the last 4 of my ss# was incorrect so I had to go to the store. And they made my husband primary on the account but the last 4 of his ss# was wrong too. Complete incompetence. Switched back to Verizon yesterday. You truly get what you pay for. T Mobile is a joke. This was at the Waterbury Wolcott St store. If I could give zero stars I would, they were that bad, and we felt invisible each time (3) we visited the store, horrible store customer service and horrible calling into their customer service department.

Best 5G in the country? I’ve yet to see 5G on my phone. What I do get is daily dropped calls, no uploading etc. In process of switching now .

Went in to buy a phone and left with a bad experience the person that was helping Anthony he was doing an amazing job helping but the bad experience began when his co-worker Jamila started giving us a attitude from across my daughter standing by the window and she came and started closing procedures 20 min before. 7 and then she started screaming and her co-worker and approached us giving us the managers phone number whom she had just gotten of the phone with. The experience was just not the best. And then started scream at her co-worker.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 650 Wolcott Street #110 Waterbury CT 06705 Next to dollar tree and Popeyes. The staff lies and tries to swindle you into forcing you to buy extra stuff like accessories without even asking if you want or need or even give you the option to choose what accessories to boost up their sales. They won't even tell you they are adding it to your bill. If you question them, they will say you have to buy it. Below is the incident that happened on Monday July 10th 2023. I went in the other day to buy only a phone for my child's first phone since I have had a number for him on my account since 2017. The young lady first off was very unprofessional in many ways from dragging her feet (literally) while yawning and stating she is sooooooo tired. Then when I gave her my account information to be able to pull it up. As she looked at my account, she seemed lost. She then goes to manager showing him the store tablet looking confused with no words. The manager then states out loud, and I quote "That means she has excellent credit." The young lady still seemed confused. The manager then states since seeing her confusion still on her face " that means she does not have to put a deposit she only pays for the taxes." The young then states she will be right back after I told her what phone I came to buy. NEXT she is picking out accessories, I just watched her as she looks like she is shopping (can't be for me since I didn't ask for any). My son did ask me about a case I told him we will be getting it elsewhere. The young lady heard my response to my child and begins to state that she is getting them for me. I asked getting me what? I didn't ask for any accessories, nor did you ask me if I needed any! She began to state that it comes with the phone. I said oh it comes FREE? She laughed and said no it gets added with your phone. I said, Well I do not need any accessories I have already. She Firmly states with attitude I have to buy 2 accessories when buying a phone. OF COURSE, THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! Even the manager stated that I had to buy 2 accessories in order to buy the phone. I then stated you can't force me to buy something I don't need or want. The manager then processed with the lie that I am not being forced that they can mail me the phone without accessories, but if I want the phone today, I have to buy 2 accessories. The young lady then stated she is not going to allow me to mess up her sales numbers for the day because I don't want accessories. I said I don't care about her sales quota I care what's in my wallet and what's coming out of it. I called Customer Service, the staff in the store all stated no point in calling customer service since they are not their boss. I also asked the manager what is the store number since I will be filing a complaint against this location? The manage gave me a bogus number. Its ok I was able to still file the complaint with the physical address. I went to another location and was able to get only the phone since accessories are not a requirement to buy a phone ever! From now on will confirm the store I plan to attend is part of the cooperate office and not An Authorized dealer. This store is filled with bad ghetto employees from the bottom up to management. with employees who have never seen someone with perfect credit before. I feel bad for everyone and anyone who has gone in there and was forced to do something they didn't need to do because the representative lied to them to add a few bucks in their own pocket.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new phone. Jordan provided excellent customer and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb.The only negative was the store itself. I guess the ac was broken because it was extremely hot and I felt like I was going to pass out if I had to stay any longer.

Previous staff months back were ehhhh... not so good.. But our most recent visits, believe the new managers name is Matt, helped out so so much it completely changed our perspective on T-Mobile!!! Keep doing as you do young man, great things to come! Appreciate all the efforts you gave to my mom aswell translating back and forth from Portuguese! Not the easiest even though you know Spanish!!!!! Thanks!!!

I've been waiting all this week to go pick up a phone and they're still closed!!!! Does this store work or not work? what days are they open because here on the internet it says that it is open today Thursday and I just went and it is closed...

It says you close at 8pm. But when we went they were closed at 7pm , doors were locked and employees were leaving .your Falsely advertising closing times , I'm going to Verizon.

Singned a 2 year contract for 2 new phones. The staff was really pushing for other sales, talked me into a tablet. Then they already had a watch out and was ringing it up. Very pushy.l didn't get the watch. They are hard selling.
