Best employees clean well dressed and respectful. They helped me pay off my suspended lines and remove lines I wasn’t using. Helped me lower my price of my monthly bill also. Loved it almost made me buy something new if I had the money??♀️I’d go there everytime I had an issue they could fix

Make sure your reps check to see if the phones are unlocked before they port the numbers over i spent 3 days without a phone because of their carelessness and they decided to send me to my old carrier who did more to help fix the problem than tmobile did even though the tmobile rep got the sale

Ralph is the TMobile upstairs have been really great.My Mom needed explaining regarding the features of the phone and I was really appreciative of how patience and calm he was explaining even the tiniest details.

My husband got a new phone plan including 2 new phones. The manager gave him a new price for the 2 new phones and a new plan that included 4 lines+a \"free tablet\". Then, a few days later they charged him more money for the plan so my husband returned everything!!. They were supposed to refund more than $400.. It's been more than a month and they haven't refunded anything!!! My husband had to call the customer center to get an answer and $224 won't be refunded...stay away from this place!!

Went in to get the new IPhone and update my Samsung phone. I had no idea that it was such a long drawn out affair and half of my information wasn't even transferred to my new phone so I had to do that when I got home. I was less than thrilled after spending nearly 2 hours in there with Rini and the other employees were clowning around when they could have been team players and helped him out. I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and their "Every person for themselves." Mentality while they were dancing and hiding each others phones and equipment. I felt that I was on the school yard, not in a business. Rinaldi did everything that he could to handle the situation on his own, but it would have been nice for his "Team mates" to have chipped in and helped him instead of leaving him to his own devices while trying to assist 4 customers. I guess that I now know why Rini had four customers at one time and the others were having a "party" and dancing and clowning around. Very disappointing, AND we had an appointment too.

This store ALWAYS on point. They always have lots of staff ready to help people coming in. Customers can't even take a step in the store before they are greeted and asked to be help. Best TMOBILE store in Connecticut So far and I've literally been to over a dozen. My go to store.

Complete Scam!!! Told I was getting $800 for my trade in. After receiving my first bill I only got $330. Went to store and was told there was nothing they do. Stay away!!! This is coming from a 4 year customer.

Honestly best experience I’ve ever had in a T-Mobile! Staff was so helpful and friendly and did all they could to help ESPECIALLY RAVEN! She was such a sweetheart and made getting a new phone super smooth.

Walked in no one greets you, the 2 guys saw me walk in and didn’t say anything. 3 mins later a couple walk and tells them he will be with them in a second???? Super rude and unprofessional!!
