Very , Very bad customer service today 10/24 at 4:14 pm the lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice not only that they wasn’t answering the phones today. Last week a woman stood there looking at me as I’m waiting in line I waited a bit and I then said excuse me hello she said oh I thought you heard me. Lol do I look stupid I don’t think so. You don’t like your job find another one. I will be reaching out to management very said rite aid closed down. Need a new pharmacy in the area

Was in line for quite a long time women at customer service asked me not to stand in front of her window , I never heard such a thing especially after women before me was standing in the same spot and customer after. I left with out buying Mega million tickets seems to me like a case of discrimination

Cashier refused to cover her face after I asked her to please COVER YOUR FACE TO PROTECT ME, THE OTHER COSTUMERS AND TO PROTECT herself. The cashier, Julie, a woman with pink hair refused to cover her face, I asked to call the manager and he also came without a face cover and said that it is not mandatory to wear a face cover. I said that the reason why we have so many infested and dead people with Covid 19 is because of people with that irresponsible attitude. Shame at them. They are not getting one more penny from me, my family, my friends, and anybody who I can reach using social media, I will call the Health Department and the Connecticut General Attorney, and anybody that I can make aware about this unsafe place.

Absolutely pathetic. Not only does it take 3 days to fill a prescription but they also have no clue when their deliveries will come. That's right! The Pharmacy has no clue when DRUGS (a controlled substance and something many need to survive and live well) is going to arrive!?!? Its 2020 and they still work the same as in the 1900s. I will be using a different Pharmacy from now on.

If you only knew what I knew. If Wegmans is a 9 out of 10, what is this place? 3? 2? I shop at Cherry Valley, Aldi's, and Jarjuras, while depressing, much less so, and better foods and happier workers, and that matters a LOT.

This store is crap. Because they are very racist. Today, October 27, in costumer service at six o'clock in the afternoon, a white girl had an act of racism. I have money to pay until the day she wins. I think he looks at the skin color to sell and treat people. Post Hispanics treat very badly. Maybe the lady was in a bad mood, that's not my problem. Because if my job is customer service, you have to be nice to people. And if they are looking for people with character, not people as racist, I hope that the stor maneger will take measures in these acts of racism. Why can I sue for racism? Esta tienda es una porqueria. Por que son muy racistas. El día de hoy 27 de octubre en costumer service a las seis de la tarde una muchacha blanca tuvo un acto de racismo. Yo tengo dinero para pagar hasta el día que ella gana. Creo que mira el color de piel para vender y tratar a las personas. A los hispanos pos tratan muy mal. Talves a la seí±ora andaba de mal humor ese no es mi problema. Por que si mi trabajo es atencií³n al cliente tiene que ser amable con la gente. Y sino que busquen personas con carácter no personas tan racistas espero que el stor maneger tome medidas en estos actos de racismo. Por que puedo poner una demanda por racismo.

I can't believe a so called customer service rep came around the counter went across the floor to start an argument with me just because the person who I was talking to turned around and look at her. I told her numerous times that the conversation no longer needed to continue and she would not leave. I told her she shouldn't fight with customers because the customer is always right and her response was blatantly "The customer is not always right" I almost left everything in my cart and left the store. I don't think I'll shop there again.
