This is by far the worst stop and shop around. Coolers are always leaking, produce rancid, weird sketchy people in the store and lack of staff / no one to help when you need something. They need security and a complete renovation. Disgusted that this is my best option for a convenient grocery store. I will be driving miles out of my way to avoid this dump.

Today’s terrible experience…. I needed some deli items, as usual the kiosk isn’t working so I have to wait. 2 people working behind the counter on a Sunday that’s the 1st problem. Well one of the 2 , white lady dark hair with glasses, has an Apple Watch that apparently is blowing up . She walks away from the customer she’s in the middle of slicing something for to go use her phone. What is that????? And extremely rude. But I guess it really doesn’t matter because damn near every other employee is too. Unfortunately this is the only I guess u could say full service grocery store in Waterbury. We have no other option without leaving the town. Sad

I hate that the best deals are with digital coupons so I always miss out I am not installing another intrusive app on my phone . I have been a stop and shop custome for over 50 years especially at this Reidville location.

Location is phenomenal BECAUSE of the hardworking staff, such as Sterling. I saw this man stoking shelves with pallet on pallet of packs of bottled water. 1st of all, one of those packs is almost too heavy for some people to lift and this man was stocking the whole shelf by himself. 2nd I WOULD BET $5000 this man doesn’t make $20+ an hour BUT HE SHOULD!!!! That man was easily doing $40/hr work. My point is this store would be NOTHING without its employees and THEY ALL deserve a raise. Love my local store.

Always something awry at this location. Today's waste of time involved checking out my own items..and then being told that I needed to get back on line , to go pay for a gift card. My time is constantly wasted at this location ( always for different reasons). When will I learn my lesson to stop coming here ?
