I was looking for a shop in Waterbury to check a car I was buying to be sure it wasn't in any unreported accidents. Prior to calling Stanley's, I called several other shops with higher ratings on Google and rave reviews and I was astonished at how short and unprofessional all of those other shops were. They basically had no interest in being accommodating. Then I called Stanley's, and what a world of difference. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in. And the technician who looked at my car did a very thorough job. He took the time to walk me through every detail of his diagnosis. I was extremely relieved I didn't give up and felt I made the right decision by having my car looked at by Stanley's. Anyone would be in good hands with this shop. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Stanley's for 45 yrs. They do excellent work. Actually, they have my 2016 Expedition as I write this. Outstanding, friendly service each and every time I have used their services. Always going above and beyond with technicians who are very, very talented. You won't be disappointed A+++ rating from me.

Stanley's is the best!!! I have used them 3 or 4 times in the past 25 years. They are honest, and they get your car back to you ASAP!!! The work is top notch! I moved out of state 2 years ago and after having an accident yesterday, I am sad that I can't take my car to them! ?Mike and Mark, thank you so much for the work you and your team provided me and some of my family members! Don't let this people fix your only car I left my 2022 JEEP Gladiator it's 4 months not close to be ready you will end the dealer repo what cost you a lot effort to achieve specialy if you sent the insurance check to them in my case i did because i was moving out of state and worst mistake of my life it's not done always lying whit different excuse taking advantage because I move out of state. call the Better Business Burrow to make complain hope you never fall in their handsService: Painting

Worst experience ever. They took advantage of my 70 year old parents. My mom had damage to the rear passenger door. Simple remove and replace. Stanley’s had the car for over 2 months!! My parents being trusting, signed the insurance check over to Stanley’s when they dropped the car off. Complete mistake. Stanley was trying to charge them an additional $500 to release the car and ended up scamming them for an addition $250. PatheticBtw, Stanley’s master mechanic/shop manager has retired so the shop has gone to complete chaos. Stop by and witness yourself.Go to scripts in prospect.Service: Body & Trim

We brought in our 2015 Hyundai for some body work, and they went over our car with a fine tooth comb! They were prompt, courteous and efficient! The car was done just when they said it would be, and it looks like new! We weren't able to pick it upon Friday as planned, and had to wait until Monday, and they had us wait until they gave it another quick wash, so it would look it's best for us! They went above and beyond! Highly recommended!
