Great visit at St. Vincent DePaul in Waterbury. Outside doesn't look like the best building or neighborhood. But once inside it's pretty nice with and easy layout to walk through. Lots of items to choose from. Everything looks to be fairly priced. Would definitely donate goods to this place rather than a big corporate store. Would definitely go back.

ive been comming into this place but the staff do whatever they want with the prices and if stuff doesnt have a tag they will take it away!!! one time i was going to buy a book and it says books are 50 cents or 1$ well the book had a tag of 9.99 i understain this is a trift store but if i go here is to buy cheap, ofcourse the lady said i can do 5$... i was like nooo not even at good will those books cost that then she said 2$ i was like ok... yesterday i went to buy some pijamas that had a boue tag wish it was 1$ she charge me 2$ well i guess staff do whatever they want!!!

I love this place for the prices and the one of a kind finds. I am really lucky as the several times I’ve been here, I’ve purchased a brand new, still in the box for a slim fraction of the price treadmill. Still in the box! Garden items, housewares, pet items, etc….It’s changed management a couple times since I’ve returned to shop here, but it’s still very pleasant. The holy guy in the back is VERY quiet, but everyone is nice.

My house is basically furnished with stuff from this store. Bedroom set , dining room table chairs and China cabenet and leather couch and love seat. Good quality furniture good prices. Great staff.

Adequate service, horrendous Staff especially Delivery Dept. DRIVER AND HELPER, Not Sales was rude arugumentive, unprofessional during my visit No Management available to lodge a complaint. That wht I Refused to pay the $50 delivery fee.Make other arrangements. Because of Over Zealous staff except Msg Nancy. Sales.

Update: They called me back and have offered to make good.I purchased a log rack with 4 tools. The box was all taped up. I found out when I got home it was only 3 tools. Used and broken. So sad. Make sure you open all items so you get what you are paying for. The person that donated this should be ashamed. What they did was give their garbage. Plastic bags cardboard and broken items. Check you items

Nothing but good to say about this thrift shop. Clean and organized. Staff is warm and friendly. Definitely worth a visit. Location is safe during the day.
