The woman that helped me was Knowledgeable about the products she was selling which is refreshing. The products were about the same price as they are at other Vape shops. Less inventory than most places though. But overall a good experience

This place is great. Went in looking for a new vape yesterday and the sales associate who was there i had asked what was a better upgrade from the mico device and he suggested the Lost Vape Orion x Q and its perfect hand held device. And he wasnt kidding how much better it was. Hits so smooth and the flavor delivered from the pod of the in house juice from smooth vaporz. Also purched a 420 3 in 1 kit and it its prime!!! Thank you for your service over the years!!

When I come up from Florida I always went to the Watertown Ave store. Also when family visits they would bring me their house juice (blood moon). Unfortunately due to the nasty manager I will never purchase another product again from them. I bought a coil from her and she told me that if it didn't fit my tank to bring it back. When i brought it back she said to me "what am I suppose to do with this you opened it" Unbelievable! I don't understand how they have her working there let alone managing. Bottom line: for a $5 coil they lost a few hundred dollars of my business. I will definitely tell friends about the horrible experience i had.

This place is excellent for customer service, knowledgeable reps. I was sad to see them leave Bristol, CT. I travel to Waterbury to keep getting my vape juice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Today they helped me with getting a tow truck on a Sunday.

Stopped by the Waterbury location to pick up a vapor pen and Erika couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend this place, very knowledgeable!!
