“I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”
“Great customer service! Loved the layout. Only thing that bothered me was there was not enough of my size in the vast selection of shoes to choose from. I where a 13 or 13 wide so I get it but there were 2 other pairs I wanted to buy and couldn't because of the size absence. I settled for1 pair of sneakres and 1 sock.”
“I came here with my son about 8 minutes before they closed, to my amazement because the Milford location could care less about their clients they close their doors early. Jacob and the Manager on duty that evening were respectful and attentive! Jacob recommended some basketball sneakers for my son... I came the following week and purchased them. Thank you Jacob! There are professional young men out there, working and keeping clients, they deserve recognition!”
“love this store. we'll stocked. upon reading other reviews I agree, there's a really unfriendly woman working here. she def gets mad when u return items from online- but the sizing is allover the place sometimes i need a different size!. makes me not want to shop here or even order online. open your dressing rooms if u dont want returns and try being inviting friendly and smile or quit.”
“Everyone was actually very friendly and helpful. They all asked if I needed help. If the name on the receipt is the guy who rang me out then Devon was very nice, he was happy to get whatever sizes I needed and told me about the sales going on. And the woman working was very polite as well. I’m glad because I hate walking in a store and not feeling welcome, it happens in shoe stores a lot I feel like. But this was a good experience.❤️”
