Hit or miss hood shoe store with workers looking like they just woke up in their cookie monster pajamas, put some dirty flip flops on, pulled their pajama bottoms down.. just, enough, and went to work to hit on every girl they see. Place was filthy, lots of shoes and boxes all over the floor, but whatever. I was there less than 10 minutes

Great customer service! Loved the layout. Only thing that bothered me was there was not enough of my size in the vast selection of shoes to choose from. I where a 13 or 13 wide so I get it but there were 2 other pairs I wanted to buy and couldn't because of the size absence. I settled for1 pair of sneakres and 1 sock.

I purchased a pair of shoes on Sunday today is Tuesday one of the seams in the top part of the sneaker ripped. I just called the store and asked if they would exchange just the shoe that ripped but they say since I've won the shoe for one day that I cannot exchange it and they would not refund them. I will never shop here again

I went in the Waterbury Connecticut store today. I had to call the police due to 1 of the associates swearing, threatening and lunging at me. She subsequently lied to security but the associate that claimed to be the manager confirmed to security that he had to hold her back. The guy saying he was the manager and the girl threatening me refused to give their names. I was told none of my business. Absolutely horrible customer service. I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint. Also following up on my police complaint. No excuse for such horrendous behavior and threats. Never going back to that store. Would give 0 stars if I could.
