This place used to be fantastic. Prices have risen. Colors on sale are never to be found. The staff goes through all items and gets first dibs for purchase. Also the staff is always making you move out of their way. So annoying. There no place to go. Customers should not have to move. On buying the items. Watch Out for bagged items. i brought coloring books for my children. They were already colored in. I bought a bag of dinosaur and 50 percent were broken. Bagged items cannot be opened before purchasing. Always don't Be surprised when a man approaches you outside begging for plastic bottles. When you have none. He asked you for money.

They got fairly good deals at good prices, however really do your research before purchasing. Its very common for this location to see better deals on ebay.3-stars because they sell As-is but dont thoroughly check if the product is unusable. No one is going to buy a monitor that has a damaged screen for $50. That is trash taking up space and wasting a customer’s time trying to figure out if it works.Also, they have enough electronics going through this store to where it’s absolutely justifiable for the store to have a running basic PC test-bench to test out PC parts in front of customers. No excuse not to, given that they can literally use a PC on a display shelf as a permanent test bench. Other RWB locations do this, this location does not.My recommendations? Cheap cables and chargers are hard to beat in price as you can get 5-7 good quality USB-C chargers or lightning cables for $1-$3 per bag. In contrast, Official Apple cables MSRP at $20-$30

This store is trash. The people who work here are ruder then rude. I don't like this store one bit the few times I went in here as soon as I walked in I got into a very bad mood. And alot of stuff here is over priced for what it is

They REtag all items before the discount of the day, so basically you buying old stuff for high price. Came here to find a couple things, came out with a tote bag, some t shirts and other novelties, nothing special. Pricing was okay, somethings are marked up and I could tell that some items are not ever discounted, they will just switch out the tags or take to the back, my friends loved it here. The earring bundles are a great deal.

Red White & Blue in Waterbury is huge!! Filled with just about everything a thrift store can have. It gets very crowded and can be overwhelming. Overall it seems fairly clean and we'll run. Some prices are crazy high and others are a great bargain. Worth stopping in to look around.

Good clothes with the worst costume service. They close at 6pm and 5:45 there’s already someone screaming bending you to go to the cashier because they close at 6. We’re practically kick off from the store. I understand if they close at 6pm nobody can come to the store but they cannot screaming with the people that’s already in the store buying theirs stuff. So ridiculous behavior with the customers

It's pathetic and dishonest that you REtag items so they are not the discount color of the week. You get everything for free, don't be so greedy. Also, train your employees to be a little more polite to customers. The only nice one is the jewelry lady.

I have been shopping here for years, love this place. Really wish they didn't only take cash the atm there is expensive. Some of their stuff is definitely overpriced. The staff is great they keep things stocked and I'm not stuck waiting in a long line forever. Only real negatives is other customers being rude, children running rampant, and them not being open Sunday. Never had anything but good conversations with the staff.

i love this thrift store, there's always good finds and meh prices. a little spendy sometimes but overall i find cool things. cash only. i would give this place five stars, however, when i was there yesterday i was harassed in the parking lot by a man who i suspect intended to sex traffic me. i felt extremely uncomfortable and will not go back to this location after the incident. so sad that this ruined my favorite thrift store in CT, women shouldn't have to be on edge or uncomfortable going about their daily lives. if you go, don't go alone and be careful.

Definitely bias environment employees wouldn’t recommend black people to goto this store if you do don’t go in with a book bag they will threaten to call the cops. Im currently a college student went in there to look for some books to read a little or possible if i like the book purchase it which I've done before.but before m interview at big lots i was nervous i say as soon as i go in there they want my bag i tell point to the womens book bag in front of me and then they let me go to call me back again which is giving harrasment. No customer should have to endure this type of treatment.

Worked here back in 2011 in the back. Horrible place, we got yelled at if we talked, one day while sorting things one manager came to our table smacked the table and yelled NO TALKING PEOPLE. It was horrible they where constantly on your butt to be quick worse job i ever had. Idk how they're still open don't apply here or shop here.

Great for knives, cookware, some clothing is new. They only take cash but has an ATM in there.
