Either train new school or old school they have what you need, boxing,mma,karate ....ect. Friendly staff and members they will help you reach your goals and many great things to come. I've known the owner since we were kids and he's a great guy and very knowledgeable. He keeps the gym clean and sanitary, his place is so much better than the chain gyms out there there is no place than can compete.

The place is never staffed. I’ve been there three times during “business hours” to sign up and it’s always locked. Either change your hours of operation or staff the place.
