It was really clean looking and the staff was pretty nice. The vacuum stations are amazing. I would definitely drive there again just to clean my car!

service, from March 13 to today, April 7, they charged me and did not activate the service, I am going to wash my car and it turns out that it is expired and every time I go there is a delay due to a problem that they did themselves and that they did not they know how to solve it. Each client's time is important. and it is regrettable that in this season it is not taken into account.

Car wash ruined side wall on my front brand new tire. Guy doesn't direct you onto the belt properly leaving it up to you to guess if your lined up right. I put in a complaint and all I got was we can't do anything about it and we checked the camera and your tire looked fine. I told them send me the picture and the manger said they can't. I will let as many ppl as I no in waterbury to never go to this car wash it will ruin your tires or rims just like a few other bad reviews of this place and they don't care about it. I will be going down and filing a small claims dispute.

No cleaning products, no towels to dry your car with .. car still had bird poop stains after going through. There’s nothing that makes this wash better than any other
