Please go somewhere else do not patronize this business. Not only will your car not be clean but it will also be full of water when you exit the car wash as if the dryers did not work they don’t supply any towels for you to dry your car off and they will steal your mats. I left my mat came right back and it was gone came back and they said someone else may have taken it

Lame. No employee around. Can't wash my soft top in that place. Can't even get to the vacuum unless you go through the machine.

I have the Gold Pkg. I run my BMW through it a few times a week. Every time I go through, it NEVER EVER washes the rocker panels below the doors. Now the car is filthy from the doors down. My car is at factory height all stick no mods. I cannot understand why that such a new Machine could miss the rocker panels. Other than that, I do like the place.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Be so careful with your money here. I came one time and was advised to get a membership as it would be “cheaper”. So, I chose a membership. I then cancelled my membership within the 30 day period, as I was told I could cancel it any time. But they continued to charge me for months after. When I called to sort it out, they told me I didn’t cancel and they refused to refund all the money. I’m still waiting on a refund. The phone call to straighten it all out turned into several phone calls with a rude ending. They hung up on me. This is a terrible way to run a business and it will not last long if they continue to do it like this as it will crumble on its own.As someone who works in customer service, I’m appalled that they’re still even in business. I will never go there again and suggest you go to any of the several other car washes on the same road. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Eliseo at the Waterbury Flash Car Wash is fantastic! He explained and worked with us to resolve issues we were having with our account. This is by far the best car wash in the area!

The must irresponsible service ever call for hours and is no answer and when they do answer is to hang up the phone on your face. Hopefully the owner will see these and do something about it
