While the cleaning was good, the damage to my license plate and now a missing rear reflector was disappointing, to say the least, especially after paying for the $21 service. I have a 2013 Rav4 with 260k+ miles but a pretty straight frame for its age and use, and the fact that I paid for a base service cleaning in 2022 with NO DAMAGE to my 2001 heavy usage Honda Civic is shocking. I won't go here again.
Thankfully, the staff tried to make it right by fixing the License Plate and replacing the damaged frame. They'll try to find my reflector too, but I wasn't even offered the coupons/future cleaning promise mentioned to me by the flustered manager, not even an offer to discount my service charge. Dissatisfied.

First of all I love this car wash they are always polite aleesiothe head person I know I have the spelling wrong saved me got my car washed went to vacuum my car and when I got out my doors locked my phone keys and pocketbook was in my vehicle he graciously helped me unlock my car I will b forever grateful so anyone who wants to get the best car wash should come here thank you once again. First time going here, first time getting the Diamond/Platinum membership, all I can say is HELPFUL, and friendly staff. Amazing car wash, details nice, and did such a nice job cleaning the car, as well as making the car, and tires shine. It’s also great how simple, and easy this place is. 5 stars!! Definitely would recommend to everyone, because you’re getting your money’s worth here.

Only help you get in that place is when you’re going to pay. Lazy workers standing around $18.00 wash doesn’t come with buffering wheel to help dry your car. Hand wash down the road hand dries your car for $11.00 my car has all water spots all over. Waste of money

Please go somewhere else do not patronize this business. Not only will your car not be clean but it will also be full of water when you exit the car wash as if the dryers did not work they don’t supply any towels for you to dry your car off and they will steal your mats. I left my mat came right back and it was gone came back and they said someone else may have taken it
