Since MTB takes over Peoples' bank, many locations are shut down. Their mobile app is terrible. Logon only work once for each phone reset. I talked to them and tell them that their app doesn't work on WiFi and they told me to go pound sand. I have many apps on my phone and none has problem with WiFi except MTB app and they told me it isn't their problem. Moving my accounts out ...

I'm very upset since I been with Peoples bank as soon as I was 18 and eble to get a bank account my gonna be 48 this year 30 years and I never had any problems now its M&T bank I have overdraft protection but was charged a overdraft fee twice, Im thinking about going to another bank. After all these years a dedication to Peoples Bank ,this is not Peoples bank anymore and I'm not happy with M&T ,too many mistakes

Ever since it went from being People's United to M&T, I've experienced problems and a significant lack of help in ensuring continuous access to my money. Terrible. Looking for a new bank this very moment.
