Incredible service! I found myself in an emergency 45 mins into a road trip with two small kids. My oil change from the day prior (elsewhere) was pouring out and despite filling it at a gas station wouldn’t hold oil. They took me in immediately- personally drove to buy the part needed to repair the poor work from the day before. Showed me the issue, helped me take videos to document and gave my kids frozen go gurt while they repaired the job and cleaned up the whole mess from the prior job. 100% recommend for incredible service, efficiency and pricing.

I took my car for brake work at Monroe because I heard noises when the car is in motion. He said I needed brake pads, rolor and caliper. So I said, fine replace them on both sides. Few days later, I hear noises louder than before. I'm not going to take my vehicle to this mechanic shop anymore.

Took my 2016 Kia Sorento to get an oil change. The guy was done in 10 minutes? A month later my truck had no oil blew the engine. They claim it could be my truck burning oil??♀️ this truck is very well taken care of. Oil changes thru Kia always in time. Trying to save a dollar now I have to spend 8,000 for their negligence. Please think twice before going there for service.
