If you really like waiting on the phone in order to find out the status of your prescription, you'll LOVE this place. 3 days in a row, all at different times thinking I could slip in and get help, alas, to no avail. The shortest time was 45 minutes (the other 2 the phone disconnected at 1 hour) Then they told me the script was available and after getting there, they didn't have it. I would have been better off driving to Canada. Seriously.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They consistently ignore orders from the doctor and mess up my prescriptions every single month. Whether it's not writing in the refills, switching the medication to generic against doctor's orders, etc. And they never answer the phone. Horrible. Take your business elsewhere.

Today Lost My Favorite Part of Going to CVS the Great Staff. What's going on No More Humans running the Registers. Who will help me when I have a question. Not all of us are afraid of a Cashier behind a clear glass wearing a mask. Yuck

a male employee there needs to treat people like people, I understand you clearly hate your job but it's your job. If you don't like it quit. Went to print pictures out and accidentally chose "print in seconds" and didn't realize the instant printer was down. When I went to talk to the male employee he shrugged it off said it wasn't working. Told me "WELL" Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. His name I believe was Eric.

Cvs in general blows! Incompetent, lazy, rude unstable employees. Won't answer the phones, when they do the hang up immediately or tell you to hold on them disconnect the call. Total POS Robots could do a better job. They think that because they have the contract with the health ins companies for the 90 day fill at cvs that they are good to go and don't have to give 2 F"s about customers, people or what's right! I'll pay the extra co pays and use another pharmacy from now on Seriously this has been going on for the past few years They need to wake up fix the bs that takes place in all Cvs pharmacies in CT they suck beyond words

I HATE this cvs, their is always a lines. Customer service is the only good thing in the front for check out. Pharmacy FORGET IT!!! Always on hold for more then a 1/2 hour. They never have anything correct. Honestly if their was a closer Walgreens to me I change in a heartbeat. sorry

I can't believe this place has 2 and a half stars. DO NOT go here unless you want to be in line for hours just for them to tell you that your prescription is not ready at the promised time ( and won't be ready for another hour). We have complained to corporate to no avail. I guess the city needs more than one 24hr pharmacy, but they could at least hire more employees in the mean time.

The service in the minuteclinic was great, very helpful. The annoying part was having an overweight security guard watching and following you all over the store. He was following my friend and I all over the store while we looked around and as we were making purchases. It was very uncomfortable and ruined the experience of a first time going to that CVS. This happened on 2/23/19, I suggest managers or anyone to speak to this security guard, show him how to be subtle or at least ask to see the receipt if hes so keen on making sure someone isn't shoplifting.

Generally this pharmacy is prompt with their service however at times their wait can be a bit much. Being a 24 hour drive-thru pharmacy is the best positive and will always outweigh any negative situation here. The pharmacist typically make time to answer additional questions and help as needed.

Worst pharmacy ever. No other way to describe it. It's a good thing it's a 24 hr. Pharmacy because you'll need that much time while you're there to pick up a prescription. I have a auto refill for my allergies, got a text saying it was ready so I went to pick up. Was told at the window that they're out of stock and it'll be a few days til it's ready lol. So I waited in line to be told my prescription that was ready was not in stock. Dopes.

This review has been a long time coming. The people in the pharmacy don't know how to properly give good customer service. Yesterday my doctor called in a prescription for me, which I needed desperately. I waited for a text message letting me know it was filled but I never got it and unfortunately, fell asleep. This morning I called them to find out what is taking so long and first, they hung up on me once, and twice they put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. I am not being rude, or condescending to them. I am trying to be as nice as possible and trying to find out where the ball was dropped and how we can get this completed. They told me that it was filled yesterday (I didn't get the phone call or a text message that it was filled until I was actually on the phone with them about this.). When I mentioned that the message came through while I was currently on the phone with them they said it was because the system is slow and I should call corporate. It is clear that they are clearly understaffed and frankly, incompetent and don't understand time management or professionalism. I am so annoyed. In the end, I had them transfer the prescription to another pharmacy because I just don't have the time or patience to deal with these kids who don't take their job seriously, or understand the importance on how someone may need an important medication. I will never use this pharmacy again if I don't have to. I would rather drive somewhere else than have to go here.

I have been using this Cvs for years now. It is convenient for me and is open 24 hours. There has never been a problem with prescriptions when I had them filled. Even when there is a waiting list of other scripts, it hasn't been much longer than 1/2 an hour for me to pick them up. I've usually did a little shopping while I wait. The aisles are usually neat and stocked well unless it is a popular sale item. However the associates are always happy to give you a rain check. The sales are pretty decent but the regular prices are a little higher than grocery or regular retail stores. The convenience and friendly employees are what keeps me coming back.

4/20/17- I like this cvs. It's a 24hr pharmacy which is essential to third shift employees. The employee are always helpful, the story is always clean. 4/30/17 The lady who waited on me was very pleasant, but her coworker was embarrassing rude to other customers and should be ashamed of herself.

Terrible terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Rude, condescending and unprofessional. The pharmacist (don't know his name) clearly hates his job and takes it out on customers. Not acceptable.

Not happy with the drive thru pharmacy. Was at least an hour since the Rx was called in. It wasn't ready-Amoxicillin . Asked for small syringes- they had none. Handed me a large one as well as the 2 bottles- didn't put any of it in a bag. Got home and one bottle was sticky and had gotten on papers in my purse!
