Jasmine is amazing. Long story short, I ordered a pendant as a gift and it had a time restriction. I was told it would be in no problem. The day before the event, 2 days after the promised date of delivery, it still was not in. After being told on the phone by another associate that I could be refunded but that's all, I went to the store. Jasmine, who took my original order, was visibly concerned and wanted to make right. She got on the phone, made a couple calls and had the pendant in my hands within 24 hours. Today you don't find many that are true to the old school fashion of customer service. Thank you Jasmine, for going above and beyond and setting yourself apart from others. It is her customer service that will make me go to that store next time I need any jewelry.

Richard Heard is an excellent assistant manager, he shines bright always and is so funny and caring. He always caters to the needs of the customers and makes sure they're happy with their purchase. I am very pleased with all of the experiences I've had here. Excellent jewelry store!

Superb customer service!!!!! Every time me and my husband shops with Richard at the Waterbury location, we always leave reassured that we’re dealing with the best in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and treats us like we are VIP customers every time! What a beautiful experience I had with RIchard my husband surprised me with a new wedding ring and I went back to see Richard and upgraded my husbands ring the most comfortable relaxing experience all of the staff are extremely helpful and they had amazing deals . I brought a necklace and bracelet here to leave for their jeweler to take the charm from one and put it in the other. It had a safety loop so it wouldn't just slip off the necklace but it needed to be cut and resottered. This older saleswoman kept looking at it, and looking at it, as we were doing the paperwork. Now she's picking it up and looking at it and says I think I can get this off and picks up a jewelers pliers to start monkeying with it. In aghast, I said "No, Don't. I want the jeweler to do that!" I was in a state of shock. When I finally got my jewelry back the necklace had been strained ( It was brand new.) like someone pulled it or mashed it. The charm was now on the bracelet as I asked, but with a very thin, thin link of gold! I was willing to pay for a secure link. It was so flimsy. I was so incensed, hurt and angry. If you love your jewelry, you know you don't want that feeling that someone disrespected it or injured it, so then don't go here. This older woman who works here is jealous of the customers and spiteful. To even think that I would want or let a salesperson just tinker with my jewelry repair?! I feel like she damaged the necklace, and told the jeweler-that's how it was when it came in, because he didn't see it when it came in. So what now I have to start a fight between the shorter, young woman who was taking my order and the older woman who I believe did this? Like that's going to fly. Don't come here. That's my review. If you want to buy something out of their case and walk away, maybe, but if something goes wrong with your purchase, or it needs cleaning or repair, you're spinning a roulette wheel buying it here or having to give it to them for repairs.

Well first of all I was walking pass the store and saw the wonderful employee standing beside the counter with a big ole smile on her face and it pulled me right into the store and her customers service was amazing

Great customer service talked me through a repair vs. purchasing new and recommended the repair based on the piece I owned. Stand up jeweler as they could have tried to upsell me and they did not.
