This is best service ever ok.They will make you run around in circles to different stores wasting gas. Never help get upgrade for a new phone. They keep telling me to call the online service, then the online service tells to go to the store. Never again then store clerk tells me it will be $498 to upgrade the iPhone 11. That’s the upgrade and if the online representative said something different they do not do what they can do call them back. So I did then the online representative said go back to the store only the store can do upgrades to phone plan and I have been a customer for 5 years. This is craziness. So I ask for a supervisor politely no attitude at all. Then they tell they only can give me an android upgrade to stay when I got a iPhone and can go to boost mobile for a better upgrade for a iPhone. I even told them I like thier service is their anything can do even if I pay more for the upgrade they said no only the store do upgrades. Then they have promotions online for iPhones they won’t give online im very confused on why should I stay with them ever again. This company will make run around waste gas almost $4.00 a gallon to do nothing then tell go back a different location store this is craziness. Help please

The phone service was awful. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help me. I had to go to the store for assistance. The young lady there, her name was Destiny, was simply AWESOME!! She was so on top of her game. She knew exactly what to do and I got my phone service up and running again seamlessly. She was simply so easy to talk to. She greeted me with a big smile on her face. She made you feel like a valued customer. She went out of her way to assist me, truly above and beyond. Thank you Metro for having such a wonderful young woman on your staff. You don't get too many people like that today, so when you have a good employee, take care of them, and treat them with respect. Thank you and kudos to Destiny.

We came into to fix a problem that my mom had in a metro in NY and to also get a new phone for my brother. Sam knew what he was doing right away, not only did he solved e her problem right away with the right knowledge but he also helped us with a promotion and then some. Sam is extremely polite and very helpful. My mom would rather come here then anywhere in NY and she lives in NY. Thank you again Sam, we appreciate everything!
