Tatiana is absolutely awesome. My wife lost her phone and she needs it for work with all her contacts and photos. Tatiana helped us with choosing a nice phone and getting all her contacts and photos on the new phone with no issues.

Tatiana was so helpful and determined to fix my daughter’s service issue that she spent 2 hours with us and customer service trying to fix it. She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. I highly recommend this store and Tatiana specifically.

This Metro by T-Mobile kiosk has the best customer service in Waterbury. I strongly recommend it. Nancy is a sweetheart and a real expert. She explained my options and gave me the best deal. 1000 stars for Nancy!

My husband and I were just at the Thomaston Ave location. His phone crapped out on him, and his money was late coming in, and the awesome woman that was working kept the place open an extra half hour, just to make sure he wouldn't go without a phone. The service at the Thomaston Ave location was impeccable, and I highly recommend them! Thank you Thomaston Ave Metro!
