I have a contract, which is great. I call after each fill up of oil to check amounts I have left. Today, I spoke with Luna, who was polite and very knowledgeable. She gave me information about my contract and when it will start and when to schedule my yearly furnace check. I am all set with information I need for next winter.... read full comment

Best customer service ever! They might not be the cheapest, but they certainly are the most reliable. I've been a customer for 4 yrs and really have tried to get something better out there. They are the best.
