Junior, Julie(a?) and Tony were great. Not only did they look over the truck I was looking to buy, but they informed me about some nice OEM mods to the vehicle that I would not have known about otherwise. They let me know what work was likely to be needed in the coming months. Best of all, they were kind and personable. People who understand customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend. I trust them working on my vehicle. I am a disabled mechanic and no longer work on vehicles. I can do simple repairs, when it comes to repairs I cannot do, meadow Street automotive is the only place I trust. They are honest, hard-working, very polite and courteous. They know what they are talking about and know what they are doing.

I have been coming here for the last 2 or 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The guys are always friendly and a joy to work with. I bring them everything that has to do with my car, the prices are good and they’re quicker than most shops with repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A major shoutout to Ken Defloria, Molly Markie, and Ken Defloria Sr. at Meadow Street Automotive for going above and beyond in helping us out with our cars last week and the week previous. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and they never disappoint! However, we recently had to put a spare tire to drive down there to get a new tire or current one fixed. While turning a corner, the spare tire popped off and bounced away as I tried my hardest to steer and park the car to the side of the road. I called Kenny to let him know and he assured me they would meet up with me and save me and the car while I searched for the spare tire. They came, did a quick fix to get the car to the shop without being towed and brought us to the shop to get thoroughly fixed with the extra damage. Which they did and it’s running perfectly. The next appointment my other car needed its regular oil change and possibly brakes to be done. However, my eldest son got really sick and I had to let Ken know that I’d have to cancel or reschedule my appointment. He figured out a way to make sure that day could still work. He helped me by picking up the car & dropping it off all the while checking in to let me know what the car needed versus wanted and to make sure that was ok with me as the price was obviously going to be a bit more than what was intended. Ken has never steered me wrong, has always been honest for what needs to be done versus what could hold off until next appointment and has always worked with us for reasonable price that didn’t break us even when we’ve been on hard times. I cannot say enough good things about our mechanic and their automotive shop. If you’re thinking about trying this place to get your car fixed-you won’t be disappointed. Despite all of the obstacles that have happened recently or “popped off” ? you have helped us out in so many ways that makes us appreciate you folks so much! We are even more grateful for your professionalism, knowledge, brutal honesty, helpful generosity and of course, friendship! Thank you again, ??☺️ Kim & Jeff DiDonato

After relying on Kenny multiple times in the past year, this is the place to go to if you have any issues with your vehicle. I'm not car savvy and was relatively new in the area but it's reassuring to know that if any of my friends or family need a guy, Kenny is the guy. He simplifies any issues your vehicle has and lets you know what's necessary instead overselling to make a quick buck.Services: Transmission
