After visiting Mattress Firm in Waterbury, I left totally satisfied of my purchase thanks to Mr. Tyler. Not only did he help me, but he explained to me about the mattress that I'd purchased. While I was looking around the store, he was tending to another customer. The fact that he was courteous, nice as well as down to earth with that customer, was the very reason why I didn't run out of the store. Our sleep expect, Tyler, was awesome!! He helped me pick and purchase an adequate bed for my son who has been sleeping on the same mattress for 10 years. I cannot upload pictures yet because it still needs to be delivered.

Donald/Donnie was very professional. The store at Wolcott Street was clean and spacious. Donald was kind and listened to our concerns about the mattresses. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable. He explained about the return and if you find a mattress less than the one you bought policy. I would recommend my family and friends to Mattress Firm.

Visited the Waterbury, Connecticut Mattress Firm location today and had a wonderful experience. The store was well stocked and had a variety of mattresses to test. The salesman who helped us, Ryan, was friendly and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience, and I walked away with a mattress that definitely suits my needs for a very nice price. Can’t wait to test it out in my own home! I highly recommend this location.
