I bought a Bak X4 truck bed cover back in May. Bill was great in explaining the differences in all the covers he sells and definitely steered me in the right direction. I would give Bill and Line X of Waterbury a 10 if they let me. I had a minor repair that needed to be done the other day and Bill fixed it immediately on the spot. It is nice to see that some business owners stand by their products!! I will definitely be back soon to purchase other accessories for my truck.Thanks Bill and Line X of Waterbury!!

I stopped in there to get a quote for them to spray on the bed liner on my 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty and right from the beginning i knew I found the right place not only do they do bed liners they install accessories to like head ache racks etc , but at the time I went they had a fire and they where rebuilding but thats ok I can wait , the owner was straight up front with me and I appreciate that he told me it was going to be a couple of weeks so once I get all the work done I will put another post up can't wait the inside of my bed is getting scratched up good and I need to get it done. UPDATE AS I said in my 1st post finally got it done and I couldn't be much Happier everything went as planned and it's finally done its raining at this time so I will wait to take a picture I want to do it on a nice sunny day. I got my Tundra sprayed on yesterday and I was so shocked when I saw it bubbling up todayNot the service I expectedone week update, Bill from Line-X reached out to me, inspected the Tundra very next morning, and scheduled to re-do the tailgate where it appear that the tailgate had spray on that was not fully removed when the Truck was prepped for Line-XBill Conner did a wonderful job fixing this issue and I am happy now

Just had my 2020 F150 Line-X'ed. What a great job! Looks terrific. What else can I say? I was concerned about the little lights inside the bed getting goo on them but that didn't happen.I also had a Truxedo Lo Pro installed on the same day. Didn't think that could be done. The install is perfect.Thank you Bill and the crew!
