I dropped off my car early and it was done before noon. The employee that helped me was very kind and polite. Overall a very good experience.

Great experience. Nice clean shop with free WiFi, coffee and water. The techs were super helpful. My appt was at 10am and I was done by 11. I would highly recommend this facility.
A plus- one of the workers came out to grab a water for himself and made sure to ask those of us that were waiting if he could grab one for us! So nice!

I bought four tires for my Mercedes there a few months back I called today to get a price to mount four tires on new rims they gave me the price that it cost for one tire to mount four tires new owners / partnership no good definitely taking my business somewhere else and Rick gave me a price of $30 when I asked him when he was the owner now the new owners are ripping everybody else off in Waterbury way to go guys a great way to run a new business that you just bought into the ground R.I.P I wish Google would let you put negative Stars

Service at Joes Tire shop and VIP service was punctual and didn't take a log time to complete. Also price for existing work is somewhat less expensive than other local providers for the same service.
