“Jasmine is amazing. Long story short, I ordered a pendant as a gift and it had a time restriction. I was told it would be in no problem. The day before the event, 2 days after the promised date of delivery, it still was not in. After being told on the phone by another associate that I could be refunded but that's all, I went to the store. Jasmine, who took my original order, was visibly concerned and wanted to make right. She got on the phone, made a couple calls and had the pendant in my hands within 24 hours. Today you don't find many that are true to the old school fashion of customer service. Thank you Jasmine, for going above and beyond and setting yourself apart from others. It is her customer service that will make me go to that store next time I need any jewelry.”
“Azaria is an amazing employee. I have a 3 month-old daughter and I'm from Danbury. I called ahead of time to let her know I was on the way because there was traffic. The mall closes at 7 pm and she said she would stay behind just to provide me service. It was quick and my daughter cried for one minute. I definitely recommend her for piercings.”

“We were on a time crunch & on a whim stopped at Kay Jewlers to look at men's wedding bands. Leila was incredible. She was patient with us while we had her take out multiple bands. She took the time to explain the extended warranty and the benefits especially since the ring we decided on could not be re-sized. We did not expect to leave with a ring same day, but found 2 we really liked within minuted of entering the store. The staff was super friendly and very easy to deal with. We could not be happier!”
