Not happy with haircut. They ran a $12 back to school promo. As a walkin we had to wait over an hour to for kids cut with an empty salon. When we finally got it they are not capable of cutting with clippers on black hair texture. The promo should’ve said scissor cuts only. I will post pics of my sons cut. ? not to mention my son had scratches from clippers.

Guys this location JCP saloon needs some serious help. Brittany doesn’t know how to cut even little kids hair.Haircut took forever, cut WAY more off than I told for and isnt getting your hair cut nowadays supposed to be like going to a cheap therapist?my daughter got neck pain because she took more than an hour. I would have been more satisfied with giving my half blind dog a pair of clippers.all over friendly conversation was lacking and awkward tension could be felt the moment I walked in. Would give a half star if possible.I will NEVER come back to this salon again

Rachel was my hairstylist. I was looking for a basic haircut, clippers on back and sides and scissors on top. she was very nice but did not appear to be accustomed to doing men's hair. The haircut was average. The shampoo experience was subpar.

Received a haircut and blowout with the new salon manager Javiera and left with my hair looking better than ever. Won’t let anyone else but her cut my hair! Definitely 10/10 recommend! Side note: the salon was also very clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service: Hairstyling

I have been going going to this salon for a few years now, normally I get a hair cut with blow dry and occasionally I get hair color. The place is very clean, the prices are decent and I'm very happy with Laura's service. Laura is my stylist.

Went there for a hair cut was told to come back after an hour went back and they said they dont have clippers and that no one wants to cut my hair. Well I hate to say this but it was unbelievable case of racism especially the lady who says that she is very senior over there (23 years working their. Disgusting attitude and highly unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

The price was right. The service was not. Had to apply color twice because she said it did not take. She blew out my hair and used a flat iron, but applied no product and did not ask if I wanted hairspray. I will not be gong back.
