They should look into hiring a better receptionist, she is unprofessional in taking calls. If she can't hear u or understand u she gets a temper. This is not the first time she is like this. Learn some manners customers are the ones paying your bills there.

The delivery driver, who I greeted at the door and knew I was home, not only kept my change, but left my gate open that had a huge sign saying “keep gate closed for dogs” so when I went to let them outside later they exited the gate and are now missing. The owner, Jay, just said “sorry about that” very insincerely. They don’t care at all that they stole money from me, caused us to lose are 3 year old service dogs to my Marine husband, or that my pregnant self of 6 months who is supposed to be on bed rest, tried to unsuccessfully chase 2 dogs in ice and snow for 2 hours. Yea, don’t recommend.

This company is a scam. They delivered oil that was never ordered and are demanding almost $2 more than market rate. Do not trust this company. I firmly believe they are also billing for more oil than they deliver. I had 1/4 tank of oil in a winterized house and they are claiming to have delivered more oil than the tank even holds.

Have been using this company for over 10 years. They have serviced our furnace and have always delivered oil on time, with no issues.

On March 21st, 2022, a J Thurston oil truck hit our retaining wall while turning around in our driveway. We're not J Thurston customers, so the truck really shouldn't have been on our property in the first place, but I figured no big deal, they'd probably be willing to help us finance repairs if I sent the security cam footage showing the incident. Two emails, one very frustrating phone call, and three weeks later, I realized that they were not only unwilling to help, but unwilling to even acknowledge that the incident had happened, despite being presented with proof. I can't speak to their quality of service other than in this respect, but I would caution anyone with a tight driveway from ordering fuel from them unless you're okay with having to pay to repair any damage they might cause.

They overfilled my tank. I still offered to pay but it would have to be on my time so I can budget. Jay calls me all the time to pay the bill that I did not ask for. I am still paying just when I can. NOT HAPPY.

The Driver is always on time, I never run out of oil. The Office Staff are great when I call. I am grateful for them. Their Technician Barry is wonderful and efficient. I will always stay loyal to them
