I had a really great experience at House of Cars! My previous car’s transmission unfortunately went and I was frantically searching for a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. My older brother had purchased a vehicle from them years ago and highly recommended that I go there for my new car. I’m really happy that I listened to him! Dorart (D) helped me select the car that was right for me, worked with me to stay within my budget, had the car fully inspected, and ensured that the car was in great condition (replaced the tires, balance, alignment, etc) for when I picked it up. I really love my new car!! Thank you so much! ?

Al was absolutely amazing. I came in with bad credit that was prohibiting me to get into pretty much anything. After trying for months. I came in with a vehicle in mind and he tried everything in his power to gain a good report with me, saw my potential and spoke on my behalf to the lender and was able to get me approved. Just purchased a used Subaru from House of Cars, all the staff was great in Waterbury. Helpful and not forceful salesman at all, but want you in your best fit. The car needed a little bit of help, but they fixed it up so that it would be resolved before I picked the car up. Everything that needed work got the work done on it!

Great place to purchase a car. D was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. My new car has since been registered with the DMV and inspected, no issues. I am happy with my purchase. I will definitely come to them again whenever I need to buy another car.

We Purchased a 09 A4 from here about 4 YEARS ago, from Jon. Besides the typical Audi problems. She gave me no major issues. She was a literal beast for her time until I ,unfortunately, crashed her. Hopefully my fiancé and I will be in to put a deposit down on another car this weekend.
