The polite and helpful security guard Hassan, always opening doors for elderly customers, and store manager Teresa who is so patient, responsive, and informative in helping my elderly father. They are also smart about their merchandising, featuring two tables of Taylor Swift related titles. Location also includes a Starbucks and good amount of seating.”

“My son and I drove about an hour to go to Ideal for a JSA event that was happening there on a Saturday. I had called the store earlier in the week to get some information and the person on the phone was super friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed.We got there and it was a little chaotic because a lot of folks were getting items authenticated, but after getting our bearings and dropping our item off, we looked around the store. There are a lot of singles, packs, autographs, jerseys, etc. My son wanted to get a few packs so I asked Alex (I think he's the owner?) for a little help and we ended up with a pack of hockey, a pack of baseball and a pack of football cards. He didn't push the more expensive stuff and advised my son to "buy what makes him happy" and to not worry about trying to get rare cards. We were already thinking that way as well, so it was awesome to hear it from Alex as well.If it wasn't so far away from me, I would definitely frequent the store A LOT more. I know we'll be up that way more during the hockey season, because we travel a lot, so we'll pop in when we're in the area.For me it was like I was a kid again looking around at all the cards and cool items. It was nostalgic for me.Thank you for being so nice to me and my son and making it a great experience.”
