Terrible service. I wish i could give zero stars. I paid for express #2 for 16 dollars so at the very least i expect my car to be CLEAN even if not being detailed. I don't understand how something can be left so dirty after being sprayed with pressured water and "rubbed" with soap. When i went back to tell them they didn't clean anything at all the lady taking your money was extremely rude. Disrespectful vocabulary with unnecessary attitude. Didn't even try to do anything about the fact that i basically gave them free money. Perhaps it is because i am a woman, seeing as to the fact that my father gets his huge truck washed here for the SAME price and it shines everytime. Absolutely disgusting.

When I first started coming to this carwash , the service was phenomenal ! They seemed to have a great detailing service . Such an eye for perfection and the customer service was great. It made me want to keep coming back . But unfortunately , the last few times have just been horrible . The service has been atrocious . Poor customer service and my car doesnt even seem cared about . My car just looks dirtier than what I came in with. Now it just feels like I go to waste my time and money . I absolutely , do not recommend this carwash at all . Please dont even bother going . Save your time and your troubles .

They should use aprons to protect the cars from scratches…jeans with those metal pins on the pockets, belts, jackets with metal zippers and etc. can scratch your car when they are drying the roof or the car, just like they did on mine 2023 Mercedes . When you provide protective aprons to your workers I will think about coming back.

These ^!@^ just want people's $$. Half way decent hurry up job meanwhile ripping and scratching stuff on the interior of my car when they took my $75. They didn't even shampoo the seats like I asked but took the money anyways claiming seats are leather, then why take the money anyway? These ppl have no scruples.Service: Auto detailing

Beware- paid 150.00 for wash book for 5 star cleaning. You do not get a book or punch card and they seem to have a great deal of difficulty locating the transaction in their computer. When you show the actual receipt they let you through. The Manager helped me out the first time it happened and told me the problem was corrected. The next time he was not there and an employee was uncooperative. The police were called as I blocked the entrance, the owner was called I got my vehicle washed, and met the owner the following day. Extremely condescending and refused to acknowledge any problems with their system, she also arrived 25 minutes late for our scheduled 10:00 appt. She ascribed all problems to my attitude and a language barrier. Full disclosure my attitude was poor and I did block the entrance, I get that way when I realize I am being scammed. They do a good job washing vehicles, no argument there, avoid the wash "book" there is no book and sloppy if not deceitful record keeping.

They are horrible I paid 60 dollars and they didn’t even clean the bottom of my car when I told the manager all he said was there is nothing I could do seriously I literally just paid your top service and you tell me there is nothing you could do I will never again bring my car to this dump o wait and let’s not talk about the inside of my car ? Stopped in for the first time today, got a car wash with tire shine and spray wax. Turned out great and they wash by hand. No scratches very delicate. Great for a newer darker car. Good deal at $20.00 plus tip.

I don’t know why I keep going back? I guess I thought a hand car wash should be better than an automated wash but that’s not the case at happy hands. This isn’t the first second third fourth time, the car is never really clean after paying. I think I’ve learned my lesson, stay away from happy hands they can’t even wash a car correctly.

Expensive but well worth the price. My genesis has never been cleaner. Just wish they didn't have wasps flying all around the seating area because you wait 40 mins plus for detail

This is one of the best carwash places I've been to, they do such a great job with the wash my black vehicle stays clean longer than all of the carwash places I've been to and great pricing. Keep up the great service ?
