Whether your goal is to train self defense, train for competition or just get/stay in shape, the IMB Academy has a class and path for you. Chris’ knowledge and skills are second to none.I personally enjoy more of the self defense path and find Chris’ teachings very applicable.I also enjoy the camaraderie amongst the students in the class and the Chris’ ability to take very complex concepts and moves and break them down into bite sized more manageable nuggets of knowledge.If you are on the fence I highly recommend trying a class or two out and see for yourself!”

“Been a member for a couple of years now and I like that it’s open 24/7 365 the facility is always clean and well maintained as is the equipment. I also signed up this year for personal trading with Amy G. Cause I wasn’t getting the results I wanted doing it on my own. Amy is great I have a love hate relationship with her lol I love how involved she is and always checking on me and making sure I’m eating and drinking right and she also worked around my schedule and comes in at 4am to train me I know most trainers won’t do that and the hate part is just how I feel after our training sessions lol (jk)”
“Joined again recently and have to say the staff and gym are outstanding. Machines are clean and well kept. Always greeted hello snd goodbye which goes a long way. One of the nicest planet fitnesses in the area.”
