Ask for Johnny when you go here to get your furniture . He gave me the best customer service , and made me feel appreciated for coming to do business . Did not make me feel pressured to buy and also completely worked with me from start to finish to conquer anything that was hold me back from complete my purchase . I have my furniture set now and I definitely will make another purchase from there when the time comes . Thanks again Johnny for your outstanding and. Highly appreciated customer service I was treated exactly how I would like customer service offered .

I loved the furniture there. There was a lot of nice quality items. I purchased a King size bedroom and living room both are beautiful. Also got a love seat for my family room. Steve was great. Will def buy again!!

do not buy in this place. Steve and his coworker Jose are clowns, they had me waiting for 3 weeks for a delivery of some matress that I bought. They never call me and everytime i call lady pick up the phone cause steve was busy hahaha Before buying here think about it, do not promote these clowns

Really happy with the service and furniture I purchased at the Waterbury Furniture Factory Outlet. I needed a twin over full bunk bed for my grandkids, quickly. Steve was knowledgeable of the products her sells. Got great service and speedy delivery with a great price to boot! I would recommend shopping here.

BEWARE THIS IS THE WORST FURNATURE STORE IN THE UNITED STATES THE QUALITY OF THE FURNATURE IS HORRIBLE STEVE WILL PAINT YOU THIS BEAUTIFUL PICTURE AT THE POINT OF SALE WE SPENT CLOSE TO $6500 FOR A BEDROOM SET AND LIVING ROOM SET THE COUCHES SEPARATED AT SEEMS AFTER 3 MONTHS. THE KING SIZE MATTRESS DOESNT EVEN FIT CORRECTLY ON THE BED FRAME STEVE IS A JOKE HE WOULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEMS

This place is hands down the best ! I walked in, the sales man showed me many different bed sets which is why I went there in the first place and he didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want. Jose was great and so was Steve who threw in a free queen mattress protector for just purchasing my bed set. The quality of the product is really good. I got my delivery the next day with my preferred time since I work a lot. They even showed up early that’s how eager they were to get me my product. They delivered into the room of my choice and even set everything up for me. I would definitely come back to purchase more furniture when it’s time to upgrade my living room. Thank you guys for providing great service on time & very genuine !

We ordered a sofa and the person said it was in stock, but we needed to come back to get it due to no room in our car. We said we would come back Saturday am. We were coming to able to come until Sunday and it was still not ready. We drove 2 and a half hours to come get it so not happy it's not ready. Then to make it even worst the item is damaged! I'm nothing has been resolved yet and I will update if it is. For now I have an expensive, broken sofa in my home and I'm furious.

I bought a sofa and it was in stock, but I had to come back because it would not fit in our car. we told them we would be back Saturday, but were not able to come until Sunday. This place is 2 and a half hours from us, and it was not even ready, so we were frustrated. then to make matters worst the sofa was broken. now I have a broken sofa that I paid for. I will update if the issue is resolved, for now I'm furious.
