Do not recommend. Utilize other neighborhood credit unions that are more up to date and organized. You won’t be able to use your debit card anyways being that the transaction will be blocked right away. OH! And nobody answers the phone once it hits 2-3PM so you guys should change your business hours accordingly. If your desperate pick the Watertown location

Rude..not nice people by any means. Put a hold on a 475 check..wow!!! They do not care about your life situations!! Awful..Alyssa manager was horrible!! There are plenty of banks out there!! Avoid this one line the plague. They never answer their phones..customer service is awful.. need some humanity training!!!

Walked into this establishment with about more than 20 mins before they closed to ask about opening a bank account to only be turned away because they were closing soon, never Experienced being turned away from opening a bank account before.

This review is for their credit card app. It's the worst! Hardly ever works. Says password is wrong when it's the password I've used since I got the card. Will be closing account as soon as card is paid off.

Sonia is the rudest lady in this building !! Not only did she call me a 5 year old for not understanding what she was saying , she proceeded to argue with me ! Been a member to this bank for a while now ! Thanks to Sonia I will be reconsidering ! Sonia needs to be let go asap !! The most horrible customer service by far !!

By far the worst customer service. I'm a new member and when I opened my account months ago they didn't offer me a temporary card and never even sent my actually card through the mail. It took about a month and then I deposited my first work check through mobile deposit & of course I know it takes a couple days to clear. I called and they told me they needed verification so it'll take until may 11th! Mind you I did the deposit last weekend. I had payroll from my job send verification and apparently that still wasn't enough for them to release the hold. Everyone I spoke to was rude of course because it wasn't their money! I'm sure if it was their check they would have been just as upset. To end my rant I'm closing this account and based on the reviews I would NOT recommend.
