Not one person speaks English and today a store employee reached over the counter and pushed a carriage right into my back. I asked for a refund due to this incident and what do you know they didn’t understand me or pretended not to so they didn’t have to do their job. There are so many good people out here looking for jobs and Family Dollar picks people who can’t serve the needs of ALL customers. Very poor customer service and very violent employee there. Don’t go to any of them in Waterbury. The one directly downtown is even worse. Very dirty stores with no English speaking people. Stay away from the Waterbury locations.

I arrived shortly after opening and had to wait until someone unlocked the doors. The product I wanted wasn't on the shelf. The staff were reluctant to help me.
