Over all it's not a bad place. Staff is passionate bout their stuff. Sometimes alittle too passionate I don't realize what they say and how others may view it or take it. Not sure if I want to stay or go to a different center or maybe not even coming at all

This establishment not only displays racial attitudes but also lacks professionalism. They just employ patients in order to make money for their research, and they have another goal in mind. Regarding any member of my family, I will never set foot inside of that establishment again.

Very very unprofessional the administrator and social worker there are clueless or jus don't care the teches and most of the nurses make mistakes after mistakes some of them are life threatening The receptionist in the front is very loud and ghetto and can't file insurance claims although you handed her your insurance information 4 - 5 times to jus find out davita isn't billing the insurance company not to mention I'm fully insuranced and there sending me a personal bill if all of the people at davita on highland do there work accordingly it would be a great place for treatment.

The nurses and techs here are top notch. It takes a special person to do what they do, and I like and respect them very much. That being said, the PA is a total a-hole. She's arrogant, phony and has absolutely no bedside manner. This is just a profit center for the Nephrologists. I've never actually met mine, though I've been told I have. Davita as a company is also cheap. The TVs don't work here, and the equipment breaks sometimes. I'm moving to a different facility. PS - The facility director just came to visit. Not only is he a pompous a** but he had the worst garlic breath I've ever experienced, even with a mask on.
