Someone keeps picking up the phone to hang up immediately after. I'm disabled and I can't go to the pharmacy myself. I called 3 times in a row with the same result. This is reoccurring issue with this CVS.

Horrible just horrible. Was on the phone waiting for someone for over an hour then called again 45 minutes no answer. Then went in to get prescriptions and only one was filled. Three were scheduled 3 days before. Had to wait another 30 minutes. Then the lines were long. Workers talking and laughing with eachother. I waited in line 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you really like waiting on the phone in order to find out the status of your prescription, you'll LOVE this place. 3 days in a row, all at different times thinking I could slip in and get help, alas, to no avail. The shortest time was 45 minutes (the other 2 the phone disconnected at 1 hour) Then they told me the script was available and after getting there, they didn't have it. I would have been better off driving to Canada. Seriously.

I have never seen any pharmacy as inept as this one. Half hour waits at the drive thru. Taking 20 minutes on one customer the refusing service when it's my turn so they can take a break. Good luck ever getting on the phone with them even Doctors roll their eyes when I tell them this is my pharmacy. An absolute joke with no management, or no one claims to be the manager to avoid any sort of resolution.

Extremely understaffed especially at the pharmacy.Large lines and long wait times, one single person working the register with 10+ people in line is normal here.Now they shut the entire pharmacy down from 1:30-2:00 so they can take lunch, instead of just staffing properly to cover lunch shifts.I was just sent away at 1:21 pm because they were “closing for lunch.”Moved my families prescriptions to a different pharmacy after a few years going here, I suggest you do the same.

Horrible! No one answers the phones, medicine is never in stock, or it’s not ready. They make up any excuse to not help you. Worst pharmacy ever.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used ? The worst you can think of customer service experience wise they are guilty of. I was going to contact Corporate HQ but they're rated as awful as my pharmacy!

READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to!!! I thought the VA was bad CVS in Waterbury CT on west Main Street makes the VA look good.. there is always always an issue with picking up my medication! Either they don’t have it or the system is down! How can they run a business like this and still be in business? Read the reviews this place is laughable bad. They don’t ever pick up the phone so don’t bother. Just report them to BBB so they can get their stuff together.

If I could, I'd give this place no stars, and at least be accurate in my reviewing that way. In the 6 months I've been in this area, I have yet to be able to pick up a prescription on the first try, and I quite often also fail on the second (and even third) try. And every time, I get questioned the same way, as in am I SURE that prescription was sent here? One of the times, I delivered it to drop-off myself and they claimed they didn't have it, so I'm pretty confident that they have them and either can't read, or don't want to do it.About those drop-offs. I was told to come back in an hour. I didn't actually get back for 2 days, at which time I was told (as per usual) that they didn't have the prescription. That time, of course, there was no doubt, so I stood there while they went back through all their paper prescriptions to find -you guessed it- the 2 I dropped off. The icing on that particular cake? Since they couldn't read the Dr. signature, they AGAIN refused to fill it. I wonder, if they had actually kept to that hour they promised me, might they have noticed it THEN, and saved me the additional useless trip? (even better: they got the Dr. name and STILL didn't fill it. I had to hang around for an hour on my 3rd try. Swear to Dog.)This is what happens when we don't enforce antitrust laws. CV has scant competition and this one acts like it. Horrific Pharmacy performance, surly staff (not all of them, but enough of them), and a seeming apathy to what they are doing makes this store one to avoid. I personally will be going to Rite-Aid when I need things done. The way these clowns do things, they could literally kill people (and it's hard for me to imagine that this hasn't resulted in at least injury to some of their customers.)

The pharmacists at this CVS are lovely but the minute clinic is terrible. They will turn you away if you are 5 minutes late to a COVID test and will walk away from you while you cry and beg for their help. Should be fired.

Lights on side of drive through would be nice a d wifi that connects. I'm bored waiting in line 20 mins in the dark and my phone don't work

One of the busiest if not the busiest CVS in the statePharmacy is always busy whether it’s inside or the drive-through. They seem to have a good staff!
