Went to health and beauty section to pick out a few things... needless to say what I wanted was under lock anf key. To make it worse, I had a rude pushy Chinese women literally plow through me with her cart as I tried to sneak by to get ,", help". That's when I noticed a young black man came over. Ieekly asked if I could see something and pointed on our. He them proceeded to help her instead!!!! So then he opens my side and doesn't Evan say a word and I pulled it out. Completely rude and unacceptable in my opinion. Oblivious to what was going on and didn't care to Ask either!!!

CVS was good., workers walking around. Workers are serving. They were all over in the store, a lot of products. The environment was clean. Workers are clean. I like how many of their things were in the glass case. The prices weren't too bad. Parking space. People coming and going. Parking space available . Not bad. Everyone was really busy serving and doing their job.

This pharmacy is to big for its own good. They seem to be understaffed. And when it seems like they do have enough ppl working in the pharmacy it seems like only 2 ppl are filling prescriptions. I always see the main pharmacist and another lady filling prescriptions like crazy while others are doing other things. I have had them tell me that my medicine with be ready in an hr. I go back 7-8 hrs later and it's still not ready. I'm not sure who us to blame for the way this place is run. If it's the managers not running the store properly/ lazy staff or better yet poorly trained staff. Or corporate. Not hiring enough ppl to do the job. (To save money) for bigger bonuses. Cause I feel like if they paid more and had better benefits they might get better staff. There are however some amazing staff in the pharmacy and in the store doing the best they can . Working like crazy just to give customers basic service and a mediocre experience. The fact is CVS and other big pharmacies gets away with this cause they monopolize the business. They don't care cause they know ppl will keep going cause they think they don't have another option. Which isn't true. Ppl need to start going to these mom and pop places. Way better. Bunker hill and I believe North main pharmacy will give u the same service but 100xs better. I mean bunker hill is where all the area drs get their supplies. The fact that Dr offices choose them over these chains . Should speak volumes. Support local small business

It’s getting worse and worse at cvs .. Fisrt of all I had to wait 15-20 mins to get a bottle of DayQuil, cause they have everything locked up , and I had to wait for someone to come get it for me ! Then I had to go out to my car and get my ID to but the DayQuil! Never in my life did I have to show ID for a cold medicine, it’s out of control! I don’t think I’ll be coming back to get any cold medicine from them again ! Three thumbs down

Over 15 minutes for one car thought drive through. Absolutely hands down my fault for coming back to this drive through. I'm switching to Walgreens. I will never come here again.

I don’t know where to start. Medication not counted right. Still haven’t resolved this. Three prescriptions after waiting almost two hours and I was supposed to get four prescriptions. Let’s not leave out the cockroach just hanging out on the counter. When I asked to move my prescription bag so the roach doesn’t go in there , boy the attitude was horrible. New guy wears a big head wrap … he’s got the worse attitude but yet of course he would because so does his boss. Absolutely worst customer experience in the pharmacy. You get a pharmacy, a store and a minute clinic with cockroaches. Definitely Waterbury CT CVS!

The system needs a revamp because the way it is currently ain’t it lol. I feel for the workers though because I can only imagine what the conditions are like for them as I too work in healthcare. But yeah cvs get it together and provide the resources needed to help create a better overall experience ◡̈

Someone keeps picking up the phone to hang up immediately after. I'm disabled and I can't go to the pharmacy myself. I called 3 times in a row with the same result. This is reoccurring issue with this CVS.

Horrible just horrible. Was on the phone waiting for someone for over an hour then called again 45 minutes no answer. Then went in to get prescriptions and only one was filled. Three were scheduled 3 days before. Had to wait another 30 minutes. Then the lines were long. Workers talking and laughing with eachother. I waited in line 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you really like waiting on the phone in order to find out the status of your prescription, you'll LOVE this place. 3 days in a row, all at different times thinking I could slip in and get help, alas, to no avail. The shortest time was 45 minutes (the other 2 the phone disconnected at 1 hour) Then they told me the script was available and after getting there, they didn't have it. I would have been better off driving to Canada. Seriously.
